WORK EXPERIENCE

During high school, I started my first job at Dunkin Donuts in Perkasie, PA. After high school I transferred locations to Morgantown, West Virginia. I worked for Dunkin Donuts for three years. My position was labeled as a customer service crew member. I had different responsibilities for this role. My responsibilities consisted of things such as: 

• Operating cash registers when receiving and processing funds from customers

• Delegate tasks among other workers to help maintain organization in work area's

During the month of May in 2016, I worked as a Sales Associate at Marshall's Home Goods in North Wales PA. I worked at this Marshall's until August when I headed back to school. My responsibilities as a Sales Associate consisted of things such as: 

• Organized the sales floor and put new product on display to promote new inventory sales

• Assisted customer's with store navigation and product location to increase customer satisfaction among new and loyal customers

• Managed customer transaction and promoted internal rewards programs

While working at Marshalls, I also worked at the Clucky Cafe in Coopersburg, PA. My position here consisted of many different responsibilities, for example: 

• Communicated with customer to ensure quick and efficient service of food orders, delivery, and customer satisfaction

• Reconciled customer receipts and register balance to verify the correct bill statements and processed payments

• Promoted new business and sought out relationships from local business owners
